Built in 1997, UK stockbroker Redmayne-Bentley's website was, by 2007, out of date and did not reflect the company's status within the stock broking community or its service offering.

Cloudspotting's brief was not only to update the website but create a new 'look and feel' that would extend the existing brand to reflect a more modern image while still demonstrating the company's traditional values of friendliness, reliability, and approachability. We also needed to promote the company's investment management service which had been ill-served by the previous site. We therefore separated share dealing from investment management giving each its own unique look and feel within an easily recognisable Redmayne-Bentley brand.

The website is now a leader in its field and plays a central role in the company's marketing, providing information about each of its 30+ branches, details of events and seminars, an email subscription centre, and comprehensive company and stock market information. Visitor numbers doubled within two months of launch and continues to grow month on month.

Cloudspotting are now developing the brand offline, including leaflets, brochures, forms and in-store showreels, to reflect the updated image of the website and maintain brand consistency.
