Subject to a Management Buy Out from ECHM early 2008, the new Leeds and Manchester-based recruitment consultancy - which was due to launch in one month's time - had no name, no identity or marketing collateral or website.
Cloudspotting was engaged to fast track the company through the branding process so that it could hit its launch date running. Through initial research and a number of consultations with senior managers exploring the company's aims and what drives its people we arrived at the name Ardent to reflect the passion and fire which underpins the company's philosophy. From this we developed the flame logo and overall tone of voice. A fully functioning online job board was also required as well as stationery and signage. All this was achieved within 6 weeks.
The website has continued to develop and now in its second iteration and marketing includes email marketing and ongoing SEO (Search Engine Marketing).
